How much of your Rubbish can you Recycle?
Recycling is a passion of mine, so I would like the answer to be - you can recycle everything! I'm always on the look out for more ways to reuse things. That's what this site is about, it's a collection of recycling ideas and ways you can reduce the amount of rubbish that goes to landfill.
So, whats in it for you? Well, if you can craft the things that you are throwing away, into quality and usable items you've got something for nothing!
I'll say that again - Something for Nothing - wouldn't that be amazing :)
The only thing you have to put in is your valuable time. You can leave the imagination bit to me for now. Of course when you get the hang of it or should I say - get the bug - you can turn the tables and submit your own recycling projects.
For now though there are plenty of recycling activities to keep you going. I like to focus on stuff that we can't put in our kerbside collections. Things like plastics that are not types 1 and 2. They could be margarine tubs, yoghurt pots, bottle caps, rice pouches etc. The list is almost endless but not exhaustive!
It's not just for the adults! Recycling is a great way of keeping the kids busy. Most kids love to do easy crafts with clear craft instructions. You'll find plenty for them in the kids craft ideas section.
Whatever arts and crafts you prefer, your sure to find a green project to suit you. So go ahead and reduce reuse recycle and above all have fun!
